new cam, smelling fuel from exhaust, dyno tune ???

Sounds like you got taken for a ride man. For all you know it could have a stock cam and running horribly on its own. I hope the dyno tune helps though.

spartan actually it was my fault i didnt put any oili i know there was none there
there is a cam and its really a fast car
takin it to the dyno later on ... cant take it now i got a broken ankle with screws.. bike accident :P

It does sound like the car is dumping way too much fuel. A tune might cure your problem.
