yea im thinking about puttin the 3:42 in my sixer but want to find out what the gears are in my other car a 03 6spd tiburon at 65 mph runs at like 3500 rpm in 6th gear

with a 6 speed, you can get away with 3.73 easily for smooth highway cruising. some people have been satisfied with city driving with 4.11 in their 6sp. 3.42 is good but possibly a low of a ratio, depending on what you want.

i have an auto but im not gonna get into that just yet. im starting my rebuild this summer so im satisfied with what i have now and im just gonna wait it out until then
