Default NEED SOME HELP!!! last owner was and idiot

The previous owner of my camaro painted the side molding for some reason. I was wondering if you could easily completely remove the molding or get new molding. I don't have the money to repaint the whole car. Thanks

(no this isn't my car)

that sucks, being rubber you cant use any kind of chemical strippers. you might have to replace the moulding. I hope im wrong though. Good luck

Why don't you just mask around them & get a can of the right color paint and spary them. You can even get the flex stuff that is used to paint the bumper covers if you are concerned. Those strips are hard plastic & take paint OK

Just mask em off and paint them, I had problems on my 97 were the clear cote was comming off the molding and it was turning from Silver to Yellow witch looks horrible, just tape around them and spray them looks like new.
