injector stuck open, fuel pressure to high, cylinder or two is not burning fuel at all. check plugs to see if all are fouled with fuel or one or two. for 1k its well worth it. if all else fails ane motor is shot you can pick up a low miles series 3 3.8 for a reasonable price and put it in there. i believe theres a thread in the v6 section on what is needed to be done ot make the front wheel drive 3.8 fit, involves taking pan, intake,,, pretty much everything except block and heads come off stock motor from your car.

well i bought the car for 1200 and it was a 137 dollar fix. the car is super clean and only has a half dollar size hole in the drivers seat

it was the computer/ electronic modual that is under the coil packs. it was bad and causing 2 cylinders to not fire right. sorry about not knowing what it is called exactly

Thats great news. Did a shop do it for you or were you able to figure it out on your own?

ignition control module. yep they can do some weird stuff when they go.

my dad is buddy used to own a shop well still will if the court stuff goes good but he is a big time Chevy fan and knows about them so he helped us with it. my dad willl prolly help me with anything else on the car if he knows what to do because he is a dodge person

does anyone have a exhaust suggestion because the one on it sounds like ****. it had a cat on it but someone thought the cat was causing the problem so they cut it off and made it a straight pipe
