are those new wiper arms or blades? are the arms and blades the same for both sides and do they both lift up like that? do your arms look like this? the end is bent and loops up at the very end, http://www.rockauto.com/catalog/moreinfo.php?pk=16721 the 98 up arms will fit on a 93-97 camaro but dont work right. the end bends the wrong way.
Well 2 things come to mind here. One: you have the wrong blades on the arms. Your need to get the ones that are made for the reversed hook. This will cause the lower part of the blade to hit the glass but the rest to lift. The next issue could be the spring in the arm itself that pushes down on the glass may be broken.
The 98+ arms will fit without issue on the 93-97 but they will not look right. They will work just fine but may chatter a little when the glass is semi dry. This can also be fixed by using the wiper linkage from the 98+ cars.

As said it is the wrong wiper. There was a post about a year ago or so. Several wiper manufacuter have blades listed as fitting because they are the length. If I remember right there there is not a lot of option. Sorry I can not be more detailed. Try a search.
Did the part number for your blades have an "R" at the end? Both Anco and Trico use part numbers that end in "R" for the blades you need. Bosch, and rainex dont make blades for your car at all. The Parts guys dont always know this these were only used for a few years and only on camaro and firebird.

How come you guys are focusing on the wiper blades? You can tell he didn't change them (they're old), and he never said he did in the first place. What's interesting is right at the end of the video, you can see there's tension pulling the arm and blade up off the windshield...just sitting still. I'd say he's either got a wedgy under the pivot, or the arm got bent.
