It's a relay under the hood behind the driverside headlights in a smallblack box.

have you looked to see if there is wiring harnesses where the driving lights go. im thinking someone didnt like the way they looked and took em off. may just be a matter of mounting them and hooking to the exsisting wiring.

look closely they may be stuffed in a cubby. might have to get under it and take the lower flap on the front bumper cover lose to see them. theres like three plastic push retainers. if nothing else you should be able to get a relay in the fog light relay spot and wire to it. the lights would come on like the driving lights. thats when the switch is on and parking lights are on the fog lights will be on and when the switch is on and the headlights are on dim. if you want them on when you wish them to be you will have to wire them in yourself

ok, your wording confused me a little, I just want the fog lights on when the headlights are on. what would the wiring look like for that?

when on bright the stock fog/driving lights are off. if you want to control when they are on at all times you will have to wire it in like your diagram has it.
