need help with new clutch
how did you bleed the system??? im not sure about aftermarket parts but the 95 had a self bleeding system with no bleeder screw... when i did the clutch in my 95 3.4 at first it was really limp i had to pump it by hand to get it to bounce back up then there was about 3 hrs of pumping to get it back to normal
It looks to me like the release fork isn't in the correct position, it should be more centered and not on the outside edge of the bearing. This would explain your symptoms, there's no way you could have enough throw in the slave to disengage the clutch with its current position! The forks usually "click" in to place and this puts the fork in the proper position to do its job of disengaging the clutch.
Check to see that the release fork is seated properly on the pivot ball, from the picture it isn't.

I still have no idea which design we are talking about. What year and motor!
What I have seen:
Release bearing backwards.
Bent release fork
Damaged fork Pivot ball.

ok well i got clutch out and got a other from advanced. it just till i get a stage 3 bills suck right now but anyways. put new clutch pressure plate and throwout bearing on with my buddy. well now no jump but when i cant put it in gear with car running with clutch all way in. clutch as been bleed any ideas
