Default Need help! Can't get clutch to bleed

I can't get a good clutch pedal. I have bled and bled and still can't get it to pump up and hold. I have to pump it 5 times or so to get it in or out of gear. I have replaced master cylinder, slave cylinder and still nothing. Clutch don't slip or nothing. Could it need a new clutch or something? Any help would be appreciated.

did anything look bent or damaged at the slave mount. how about the fork, any areas of stress. try pumping the peddle a bunch of times, like a hundred. you may have a bit of air stuck, pumping will work it out.

It would help to know which system you have.

He has a 1994 3.4, which has the external slave cylinder/crack-prone bellhousing mounting ear. Check the mount closely, while having someone else work the clutch, and watch for any possible loose movement of the slave cylinder.
