they put 5w30 in your transmission? trans temp should be 120-180 maybe higher depending on where the sensor is. so you have an after market temp gage for the trans?

no 5w30 for my motor oil, and later in the post i was talking about tranny temp. No i dont have a aftermarket gauge, im taking about the gauge thats on the dash with a boat.

the operating temp for the motor will be about the center mark. fans should come on at about 220.

I have saw that my oil pressure is sometimes around 70, and i got my oil change they put 5w 30 in there, but it is only supposed to top at 65 psi right, it doesnt go quite inbetween the 60 and 80 but its probably high 60, but this isnt all the time. Im not thinking its to big of a deal but should it get that much, anything i should get checked out or no.

the gages on the 4th gen are kinda off. sometimes its the sensor. my last camaro the oil gage would jump up and down about 10 lbs for no reason. i never did deal with it, just figured it was a voltage jump in the system or the sensor. it would rise for a time sometimes a long time and sometimes not.

Okay sound good i will maybe get a manual gauge later but not on the top of the list.
