My car is at AAMCO!
Ok guys who ever had been reading my posts well knows that I have transmission problem. Anyways today I gave my car to AAMCO transmission specialists. They said they will look and diagnose the problem for free but they will probably tell me that I have to pay them for them to open the transmission and see the problem. Anyways I will post all the problems and if possible for you guys to tell me if they are charging me a reasonable amount of $$$ or am I getting ripped of.
Thank You

what you mean 460? i have no idea lol... is 400s better then 460?
ok this is a ls1 car correct? stock trans right? the name of the stock auto is a 4l60e. two very popular very strong auto's for racing r a th400 and a th350. so wat im sayin is that ive seen these transmissions which are better then your transmission for this price. if i were you i would look around on sites lik ls1tech and classifieds for a good condition used 4l60e. but it seems that you wouldnt know how to put the trans back in.(no offense) so you may be better off payin to fix it unless u hav a friend that can help.
