Thanks yall, im on a plan to build a decent cruise-in worthy car for less than 2k including price of the car. I think it can be done since I'm a paint and body man and not afraid to tear anything apart.

 

Well pulled the tranny in the driveway by myself today. that was fun, i think i broke my finger. i'll live though. Turns out the front seal in the trans was so worn out it wasnt even the same shape anymore as the new one. On to replace that, scrape 1/2 inch of grease off everything and put a coat of paint on it. Back in and on to the next thing.

 

Looks ALOT like my Camaro Except now i need a new hood because I rear ended someone yesterday. Anyone got a maroon hood for sale!?

Yup But not really. The dumb *** in front of me hit someone and I slammed on my brakes to avoid it but the guy behind me hit me into her. The ONLY car out of the 4 car accident that got hurt was mine. Story of my life.
