just checked both Ecklers and year one, and neither carry the ashtray lid for a 01 6 speed. if anyone goes to the junkyard and sees one, please grab it and I will pay for you to ship it and everything.

THANK YOU!!!! It was expensive yes, but at least i wont have a huge hole in the center of my console. I also found a shift boot mounting ring to replace my broken one. Total was 68 bucks, which to me is outrageous, but worth it in the end.

Might want to consider Strano Springs, in the meantime try adjusting your Konis...

The biggest problem I am having is the Eibach pro kit is sagging in the rear due to the system being in there for so long. Looking at going with a set of air helper springs from Strano.

You're welcome. My Camaro needed some minor interior fixes and I've spent lots of time searching for parts at good prices. It still gets expensive, though.

I got up under the car and it does not have Koni's as the previous owner stated. It has Gabriels in the rear, and some Orange ones up front.

If I could afford them. I picked up a set of Monroe Road Warriors for the rear, Ill see how they work. I really want to put those air helper springs from Strano in too just to see how well they work with the system being in the back.

Added a little mod yesterday evening.....

The tips that were installed, were offset, so the right side was almost 2 inches closer to the center of the car than the left side.

I chose the Center Mount Exit or CME style exhaust for the car. I am putting a lip kit on so all that you see is the tips sticking out. The sound these things make is fantastic.
