So just found out summit racing is having a camaro weekend this weekend and the first 200 entry's get a goody bag......... Would help if my car would start! Have installed MSD distributor, factory fuel pump (have 200 ss tank & unit conversion), MSD coil, wires, plugs, electric water pump, exhaust w/o converter, hypertech chip & everything else is not important right now. Been idling rough once in a while when cold the few times I drove it. Finally got tires on it (old ones had a few to many doughnuts on them) and when I went to go take it out the rpms got to about 400 than I heard a small clunk. Nothing after that. cranks all day long w/o spit or spudder. Has comp, spark, fuel, inj pulse & air. Will not start on starting fluid but has good spark coming out of the coil. Good spark at #1 cylinder too. I'm completely frustrated and don't want to pull the distributor if I don't have to. Can anyone help the noob figure out something I'm overlooking?

Was it having problems before you put in the MSD distributer or did you put it in AFTER it started giving you headaches? Just wanted to clarify.
My car had the same problem too about a year ago but when I changed the distributer, wires and spark plugs it got fixed.

Yea........I feel like a dumb ***.........Had someone else look at the spark while I was cranking & trusted him when he said it had a blue spark......When I looked IT WAS WHITE.........New coil & she fired right up. Thanks for the input!
