motor/fram mounts

That may well be the case; I can't see the engine side of the bracket.

But I *can* see that the mount isn't properly attached to the frame crossmember. Like I said above, there don't seem to be any bolts at the bottom of the mount and the one I can see at the top shows 3 or 4 threads so it's far from tight.

Looks like somebody just dropped the motor in there and called it a day!

the motor mount is mounted to the frame. rock auto has the 3.8 motor mount for like 12 bucks. More Information for ANCHOR 2465 it should be the same mount for the 3.4.

Yeah, if someone snapped off that lower missing bolt, it's gonna be fun getting it out. And why the other one isn't cranked in all the way? It looks like a newer replacement bolt, and it could be the wrong thread pitch and that's as far as it would go in. Was definitely a shlock who worked on that.

^ I didn't want to say that in case the OP put in the engine. But I was definitely *thinking* it, LOL.

hahaha no i didnt put it in, i bought the car last year and starting to find all these things wrong with it....just slowing getting things fixed....just had to replace all my sway bar links and the swaybar frame mounts were broke off also.....
