Misfires, Need help

Hey guys just an update, taking it to a guy that specializes in domestic cars and has all of the GM specific computers, scope, tech II, ECT. As far as my other mechanic he said it would need a valve job, so im going to get a second opinion. Coils have been checked out and according to him there fine (replaced and tested). So im keeping my fingers crossed.

Here is a very informative article on misfires. Engine Misfire Diagnosis

If the misfire is random (jumps cylinder to cylinder) it could be an EGR problem or a vacuum leak.

Hey guys. So the final dignosis is...................(Drum Roll)......Bad connection from the coil packs to the ICM. Connection pins were cleaned, re-torqued, and the coils were tightened down and now she runs perfect. Thanks for all the help guys
