Default LT1 Intake Manifold Question

Will an LT4 intake bolt up to stock lt1 heads? I've heard so many different things, and I'm not sure what to believe.

no it will not. you will need to find lt4 heads to be able to use the lt4 intake

Replacing the LT1 intake manifold isn't going to get you much anyway. The LT4 intake just had slightly taller ports to match those of the LT4 heads. It would only be an upgrade if you consider "red" and upgrade.

BTW...What's up Wham

Yeah, I'm finally done with school for the semester, so I have "free time" again.

Timmy: If I were you I'd look at some better options than the LT4 stuff. You can get significantly more power for the same amount of money if you look elsewhere. That said you need to make sure you have the correct bolt-ons before you start looking into internal components.

I have full exhaust (bbk shorties, high flows, glasspacks), cold air intake, just got its 1st full tune up (plugs, wires, etc), msd ignition, and chipped.
