Socom, question I went on Vogtlands site and they only show springs for Gen IV maro V8. Are these the ones you got or did you get specifically for V6?

Its all the same thing as a v8 car. I bought the ones "for the v8" and they were the same thing

the stock v8 springs are not the same as the v6. eibach makes the v6 springs.

Craby is right, again, but he should be fishing. You can use V8 on V6, but not the reverse is not true. Unless you don't care about ride stability and body roll. Eibach makes a lowering kit you can buy for around $250, they are for either though, so they may be a little stiff for a V6. Stock springs are noticeably different for the V8 and V6. V8 springs have a more prounounced variable rate design so they are pretty easy to spot, if you know what you are looking for.

bandit, my eibachs look about a year or more to sag so might be ok? plus if v6 are different you might be ok?

Thanks maudy. I hope they don't but feel that they will sag over time b/c the roads in NYC are horrible.

Default Lowering kits

I put Ibach Springs and lowered it 1.5''.Almost too low because it scrapes everywhere i go.
