I've searched here and this seems kinda common for this to be either a guage or sender problem. I'm hoping its that. My daughter was given a 96 convertible 3.8 v6. Car has about 150,000 miles on it. Recently when I drove it i noticed the pressure seemed low and a slight burning oil smell. can someone tell me where the pressure sender islocated so I can check it and where can I hook up a guage to check it manually to make sure the pressure is good. thanks

 

i believe its just above the oil filter.
