Are those headers legal? I wanted to get headers for my car but EdelbrockI believe are the only ones gauranteed 50 state legal, but these sound great. Also would I be able to get a cat in there if I needed it?

the ones I have are not. they are "race style". no egr or AIR. but TSP sells them with the emissions hookups for your year to make them legal

The only reason Edelbrock's headers are "50 State Legal" is because in Cali you cannot run a long tube header, everywhere else as long as you have all the AIR and EGR fittings and cats you're good to go.
