Default RE: lifter problem?

lifter replacement is actually easy. You can buy them from auto zone for $9.99 each. If you have a colasped lifter, or a weak lifter, you should just replace them. The lifter is probably full of crap. Its very simple to actually rebuild them. Just pull off the retainer clip. the cap and if you wanna call it a "piston head" then pull out the cylinder, soak them in degreaser, wash them out and put them back to gether. Unles your dexterity is poor, it may be easier to just buy new ones.
