Default bad lifter

So, my 93 Z28 started tickin, took it in to my friend and he said that I have a bad lifter, the car only has like 130k miles on it and i'm just asking you guys if you think it is salvagable, and how hard do you think it would be to replace the lifter, do i have to take anything else off other than the intake and valve covers, pushrods, and rocker arms in that area? PS. my cam is a roller cam right?

Have you tried to adjust the rocker arm first?
