I heard that on V6 engines that if you put "true duals", you actually end up losing power because of lack of back pressure that a V6 loves. I believe you need an H pipe but that has true duals to be honest. That is the best way to actually do it. FROM WHAT I HEARD. If I am wrong, sorry but correct me please.

The first video is a custom true duals setup with cats and borla mufflers, and yes everyine knows all engines need back pressure thats why I have a half inch exaust on my truck, it lets the poneys loose haha

You need to go w/ what you feel will be best. Everybody has there opinion. I use to think flowmaster was the only way to go on a Chevy. Then I heard FM was not the best choice for the V6 the magnaflow was. All personal opinions. Don't go to much by YouTube sound clips you can get an idea but way more rice sounding over recording then in person. I rec'd mine and sounded more raspy then in person. Everyone says my car sounds like a Beast and personally I love my setup. Do some more research then go w/ your gut and I'm sure you'll be happy in the end.

long toob headers, 2.5" piping, possible H pipe, 40's, then pipeage right out da back

The MF video has some strange issues with the volume recording. The whole time there was a strange sound that was like puffing or leaking exhaust. Not sure that, that video should be the one you use to make your decision.

get a universal 2.5 inch x pipe from summit for 150 bucks, and pick up 2 magnaflow bullet mufflers for 60 a pop. then hook em up, pick up a stock cat from a junk yard (or if you have a bigger budget get 2 hi flow cats...) so you have one on each side, and then rig it all up... a half decent exhaust shop should be able to do the work for 100ish.

so, to sum it up... true dual Magnaflows. you would love yourself forever for doing that...

this is where I got the idea...

Hands down my Borla 3" sounds awesome, better than my friends lt1 with long tubes.
