Default KEYLESS ALARM SYSTEM PROBLEM

I have a 98 CAMARO V6, which has a factory alarm system installed in it. Recently when I lock my doors with remote, it beeps twice and after 3secs it starts of the alarm and when I press the lock button on the remote again it stops. Does anyone know why it is doing this and is there a solution to this problem.

it may have something to do with your battery. I know mine will blip the alarm when I have my bottle heater on. possibly the car is complianing about a loss of voltage somewhere. I do not know all of the nuances of the alarm system though

did it happen after it rained? because mine does that. the shock sensor gets wet, after a few days its good again.

nope it did not happen after raining but I had recently changed the rear shocks and struts on the car. Do you thing this has anything to do with it.
