Default K-member question

Ok , I have a 1994 v-6. I am in the process of putting in a 350SB. I need to purchase a k-member setup for this. I am wondering if I need to go chromoly or not and are there any other suggestions to be considered.

Right now the SB block has 400HP with plenty of room to go up.

Thanks

Erm, I guess not. This forum isn't super active, so you have to give your threads some time. I don't know anything too specific about your setup, but I'd say that you probably don't need to go chomoly, you could probably just grab a K-member out of a wrecked Z28/SS and call it good. I hope for your sake you're putting in a Fuel Injected 350 that either doens't have a distributor or has one like the Opti so you can actually fit it under the cowl.

I checked out a local camaro that is done this way. I will work, just don't know if I need the extra strength or just put the money towards something else. K-member sample....
