Just bought 94 z28...Where to start modding?
Hello all. I just bought a 6 speed 94 Z28 LT1. So I'm new to the camaro family so I was wondering what should I start modding on her first?
Here is the low down on her:
Built LT1 with aluminim heads, 1.6 roller rockers, high comp, big cam, high performance race clutch, MSD wires, long tube headers, 3" true dual exhaust with flowmaster bullet mufflers, vette wheels, 6 pt roll cage, double electric fans, and electric water pump. this is the things that were done to it, the previous only had her for 2 weeks and his wife made him sale it do to a baby on the way, so he only knows this stuff has been done to it.

Yeah I'm not sure if they did anything to the suspension, so I'll check into it though. Yeah I couldn't pass up the car when it was for sale LOL. I dont think I'm going to lower it do to the roads here in Texas. But i'm going to do the interior with the LED mod I found on here and also I want to put in HIDs in the headlights. what do you think about HIDs and where can I get them from?

At this point, you need to decide what you want to do with the car. Do you want to drag race it? Time for suspension and weight mods. You want to road race it? Time for suspension and weight mods. Want to drive it around and beat on it? You're gonna need something better under the rear then a 10 bolt. Time to look into a 9 inch or 12 bolt before anything else

Also to add a problem I'm having with the car to see if you can help. When I go to start it it cranks for about 10 to 15 seconds then wants to start and when I put the gas pedal to the floor while im cranking it takes about 5 to 8 seconds, so I'm thinking fuel pressure what do you think???

I'd run a 9 inch over a 12 bolt due to ease of changing gears and maitenance. But some people like to keep it all GM, so a 12 bolt is an option.
