Default Junk Yard Finds

.I went in to get this hood, However it was already gone I did find a Complete K&N Cold air intake with brand new filter on it and the trunk privacy flap with plastic guides in one piece. $32 bucks out the door.

Well at least you made a good score and didn't leave empty handed.

you guys seriously need to look at pulling some of the discontinued parts from these that are becoming very difficult to find.

- various interior trim panels and switches
- Rear wheel speed sensor (with traction control only) the non-tcs sensor is in the diff and being produced by aftermarket vendor but the one with traction control is on the rear wheels and VERY difficult to get now. This includes the reluctor ring but thats pressed onto the axles (maybe LSD only??) so pulling them may not be feesable.
- EBCM (ABS control module) especially the with traction control ones
- ABS modulator pump
- Various engine parts from the 3.4L v6.

I have begun stock piling these parts as you could be in real trouble if your ones fail.

cold air intakes are the worst for these an any cars if you dont keep that filter clean ,Actualy being in the open like they are there just dirt an dust collectors, better off with stock or the slp ,some guys spend 200.00 on those for what 1 hp ,the best are closed up as to not allow to much dirt in the intake sand is allways found have heard some you cant keep clean ,there just sucking the sand in like vacume, they wreck intakes an engines with time, the hoods ,one is better of to find a good aftermarket one,as the cost to fix one can exceed the cost of a good new one,the ultra z hood is a good choise for 93-97 cars, the flat black i dont get it either, all the trim on new cars turns to a flat black from sun dirt ,worst stuff ever an after 15 years they keep useing junk it is pourus plastic
