Im at a bit of delima, I am new to the forum and have a few questions, hopefully somebody can help me out

I am currently in the process of bringing a 1994 back to life, it has some body damage and needs a steering column. I am currently talking to someone that has a 2000 model and said I could get any parts I need from him. 1) Are parts between these two models interchangeable? I know for mine parts go from (correct me if im wrong) 1993-1999, but I know in some cases some things should fit 2) Would the steering column fit with no issues? 3) I know the body changed in a few ways between the two models, would body parts from the 2000 fit my 1994 and look like they should or should I keep looking? Parts for the 90's model seem to be scarce in my area but 2000+ are everywhere.

93 to 97 are pretty much the same. dont know about the columm on the 98 to 02 models. im sure you could make it work if not the same.
