The ICM is under the coil packs, looks like a metal plate. Remove the coils and then replace the ICM. Make sure the coils go back in the same physical location they came from as the location determines when they get fired.

It's on the passenger side underneath the coils. Should be like two bolts holding on the side. Then you need a small socket like 6mm I think to unscrew the the harness to it.

Well thats simple enough. You guys dont waste any time. The car is cranking but wont turn over. A buddy of mine replaced the crank sensor and that didnt fix it so next step is ICM but I will be doing this one myself. I am pretty sure this is the most helpful place on the internet. Thanks.

Make sure that you have fuel pressure, no fuel no boom no run. Spark is easy to check with an old spark plug, plug it into one of the wires and ground it to the block, crank and observe. If you get spark you are good, check for fuel. My friend's car is experiencing the same problem and his is the fuel pump. It is in the shop right now getting a new one installed.

She's back on the road running like a champ. Thanks again.
P.s. The fuel pump was the first thing I checked and it was working properly. I was ecstatic to find that out.
