Sweet!

Another question. After searching on this forum, it says there's a Monsoon system in it? How hard is it to unhook it? (The amp & sub) (If mine has one.)

I plan on putting my Eclipse deck in and wasn't sure if I take out the radio, will that mess up the factory amp? Cause I want to put my subs & amp in it, and unhook the stock system.

You will need to bypass amp, google is your friend! Also it is not a RS the RS came with a lip kit. My car vin says RS but it is not an RS.

The RS came with the GFX kit standard but you could choose to have it removed from the build. It is one of those things that the first owner actually has to have choosen off the order list. The dealer didnt get the option to order an RS without the GFX, it had to be on an ordered car. If you have the window sticker it will say at the top that the car is an RS then in the options list it will say GFX delete and you got like a $200 credit.

I forgot to also mention that the GFX could be ordered on NON RS cars as well including the Z28s. I believe the only car that could not get the GFX was the SS models.

In my opinion, the ground effects are what MAKE an RS desirable. Not to say it's not still a nice car, but it is just a Camaro V6 without the kit to me.

The ground effects is what makes the RS an RS model. Why would anybody order an RS and have the FX removed? Unless they wanted the offered handling package?

Thanks for the replies. I didn't think there was a front lip on it and skirts from before. I guess I was wrong the 2nd time about the hood scoops. Oh well. I don't have a great memory anyway.

If it all goes smooth, I'll have it Saturday. I just pray my sub box fits in the trunk.

I never liked Crutchfield, but I went there to see what size speakers and they've got all types of sizes that will fit. ???

I looked on here, and google and the only thing I found was 4x6 in the doors.

Anyone know if that's true?
