Default How to remove 2000 Camaro Instrument Panel?

My buddy just got a Camaro and he wants to put some aftermarket lighting in his instrument panel. Ive worked on plenty of other cars but never a camaro. Hes not very handy so hes asked me to help him out. What i need to do is remove the instrument panel and access the gauge cluster in his dash. With the majority of vehicles ive worked on that required a somewhat total disassemble of the dash. Does anyone know if that will be the case with a 2000 Camaro? Or does anyone know of any good resources on this topic (pics/instructions). Ive found some resources but they were for a guy who was removing alot of stock equipment to reduce the weight of his camaro, so im guessing there were alot of extra steps there i wouldnt need to do.

Ive considered just prying away and looking for screws to take out, but i dont want to miss a screw somewhere and break something, its happened before .

Any help at all is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
