How much would you guys pay for a 2001 WS6 Midnight blue with black leather interior, stock, 30,500 miles, in near perfect condition with every factory upgrade they came with? other than the 75th anniversary or NHRA package.....Need some opinions on how much i should offer

Right now it sounds like you shoudn't offer anything since you don't know anything except the year and make of the car. You need to look at what is listed as asking price, compare that to KBB and Edmunds as well as the going price in your area. From there you need to go and look and drive the car, see what options it has and what condition it's in. Then you can think about how much you want to offer...

 

Im gonna go test drive it this weekend, and the owners say it has every factory option available for the car, it is in perfect condition as far as i can see so far, i'll determine how it drives this weekend, but just in hopes that the car is in as good of condition as they say it is, i want to have a little idea at how high im willing to go, i was thinkging 16.5 and no higher than that.
