Its a 94 and i like it alot! its got a nice DEEP loud stock car sounding exhuast. When i give it gas it pushes me back in my seat and the steering is nice and tight, like freshly tuned tight, turns really smoothly.

hmmm...that car must have been built to bea sleeper if it has 400rwhp...even the stock intake tubing...
you said at MF that it has a race trans...with that much power and that built trans, it must sound great on a launch...you should post up some videos...[8D]

you know, im a little confused...when you first posted about this car at another site, you said this::

a few things..i used to be an emissions inspector, and a car with the cats removed isnt even eligible for testing, and ive NEVER seen a car (especially a built car) come CLOSE to passing emissions with no cats, plus it has other work done?
next, you said that it beats Z06s, which even the C5 Zo6s run in the mid 12s...yetyour carruns 13s? something doesnt add up there...as a 13 second car shouldnt be able to sniff a 12 second car, let along a new z06...a 400rwhp car should be well into the 11s, even with AWFUL traction. I think that JD1969 is making around that, running 11.70s with street tires, NA.

The Camaro is 4000 (which is basically almost my limit so i can afford both). However it has 125K on it, its got a reliable 350 tho that can stand up to higher mileage. Only problem was the grandma who owned it had the oil changed andwhen they went to put new fluid in they didnt bleed something right and it blew a head gasket.. but the daughter of the old lady had it repairedand rebuilt and its up and running.. I told theowner of the Camaro id check it out2morrow andi told my friend id call him next week if the camaro doesnt work.
Now i looked at the Camaro and im getting it.. Why you ask? Its got 400 horses to the wheels. Racing tranny, racing motherboard tune and chip (3500 for parts and install) ported heads 3inch racing exhuast with no cats (runs clean enough to pass emissions) racing headers (basically it sounds like a stock car) posi rear end (the guy took me for a spin in it, and he took me sideways, it was a blast. its got new TB and sensors. basically he said the only thats beaten it so far (on pinks all out btw) was a juiced Z06, anyother car Z06 911s etc. could touch it. A rep from Barrett Jackson wants to buy it off the guy to put in their fall edition. He had it for 7500 but got divorced and needed to pay for that and dropped it 4500 and because he likes me and said i knew what i was talking about etc. he would take 4000. It runs 13s or something crazy like that on street tires and pump gas. Its got eagle alloy rims and isnt T-Top so it wonttwist in 1/2. With a s/c and all that it will beunstoppable.He saidif i can get 4000 (i already have 3500)it will be mine by next weekend.. if it falls thru ill get my buddies GT... big difference, but its still workable.

wouldnt surprise me if im getting lied to,i never saw any dynos just reciepts... i was just relaying what i was told. however it doesnt have cats lol and it sounds nice, im trying to put together a video when its registered and insured. It was owned by this guys mom who won it at the raceway and it was already beefed up, she blew a gasket and her son who was a mechanic of a race team had it repaired and tuned. Ill get it out and run it and post the vid to see what you guys think.

Sounds to me that someone ferd you a hell of a line and you bought it, hook line and sinker. I'll eat my skivvies if that car puts down 325 RWHP much less 400. I feel bad for you man, you got scammed by a dude trying to make his car into somthing it's not. It is however a decent looking car and $4500 is a fair price so don't feel too bad. Just a bit of advice, NEVER take a sellers word for anything and when it comes to hp or performance claims the only thing I would accept is a dyno sheet with vids or a track timeslip with a vid.
