Default Help troubleshooting my interior light problem

Some little punk stole the stereo out of my wifes 98 Z-28 convertible. Ever since then the interior lights do not come on when I open either door or the trunk. The map lights will still come on with the mirror switches but nothing lights up with the dashboard interior light switch.

Just hoping anyone may have ideas as to where I should look. I did not see any damage to the wiring when I replaced the radio. The thief at least undid the wire harness instead of cutting it.

Thanks in advance for any info!

have you checked the fuse? gona have to pull the bulb and see if theres power to the bulb connection. if its like the 93 then the system is always hot and the switches provide the ground.
