New here and need some advice from someone who knows more about these upgrades than me. I'm looking at a 99 SS with the following upgrades performed at 21st Century Muscle Cars in Texas:

LS1 Camaro 383 CID
98 FBOD Alcon Brake
Rear Enhance 98-99 (what is this?)
LT1 F-car M/T Rad
Rear SUSPKG 82-96 F
TWR BRC Camaro SS, V6
17x9.5 HRE 541
LS1 F body S header
Wheels locks/lugs
Mount/Balance
Install Brakes
Install Hotchkis PTS

Total upgrades: $30,469

Upgrades were done around 13K miles and currently has 28K miles on the car. Was traded for a 09 Z06. Dyno says its putting down 407 rwhp. They're asking $19.5K. I'm thinking more along the lines of $18K out the door at the most. Any thoughts?
