Hey, im new to the camaro world and can't stop thinking about getting my hands on one. I just sold a couple SUV's and i'm sitting on about 8 grand. The 1998 SS caught my eye. I want to find a good condition 98 SS, and have some cash left over for mods if that would be possible. Can anyone please give me some advice ?

You wont find a good condition 98 SS for 8 grand. If you do you wont have any money left over. Its hard to find cars for under their blue book. If its below blue book and new enough they might as well send it to a dealership for a trade in.
