Default Heater hoses

I have replaced my heater core and still don’t think I’m getting flow so I think my hoses are clogged. I can’t find the entire heater hose assembly. So should I just run 3/4 and 5/8 heater hose from the pump and motor to the heater core? If so how are you guys routing them? I tried removing the hoses and forcing water through them but it won’t go through. It is a 95 with a 3.4L

there is a flow restrictor in the return side hose, its a disk with a small hole in it to slow the flow of coolant so heat transfers better. i would suspect its plugged. did you try running water pressure both directions?

I will try to flush it better and see if that helps. I will also look at these links. Thank you very much.
