Heads look bad give advise please

Haha junkyard heads so yea gravel. These are for an explorer but I plan to run em on a stang. It's an easy 30hp.

lol. I guess that explains why like it looks like there's gravel crud embedded on the head.

They look rusty and crappy because they've been exposed to the elements, and probably not stored in the best of conditions.
