I have a 2000 Camaro SS 5.7l V8 bone stock with 95k miles on it. I got home after work tonight and parked in my garage. When I got out of the car I smelled antifreeze. I've had the water pumped replaced by a local shop 3 times in my car since June of 2013 (6/13, 8/13, 12/14) so I figured great I've got another bad water pump. Got under the car to search for leaks but couldn't find any. I started looking under the hood and removed the oil fill cap. I've attached some images of what I found in the underside of the cap (In case you can't see the images its brown gunk and drops of water). I know I'm going to have to take it to a shop to know for sure but I'm hoping someone will tell me that it might be something other than a blown head gasket (Last oil change was Mobil 1 10w30 done in April of 2015 and approx. ~1800 miles ago). Thanks for your input.

More likely an intake issue then a head gasket, DO NOT DRIVE IT!!!. It will wipe out your motor. Pull the dip stick if the oil is that milk shake brown don't even start it until you changed the oil.

There's been a lot of rain here in South Texas the last few days so maybe the car is sucking in water through the intake? I do have an oil leak that I'm pretty sure is coming from the oil pressure sensor as the leak is at the back of the engine. Could the water be getting in there? The oil looks relatively clean (Amber) but I added a quart of oil to it on Saturday as I lose about a quart every 6 weeks or so due to the oil leak.

If the oil looks clean not like a milkshake and you just have the brown stuff in the top of the valve covers it is just water. This is common on cars that take short trips or have engine ventilation issues. The water should just dry up on a hour or two trip.

After an overnight rest, with a clean drain pan, remove your oil pan drain plug momentarily and see what comes out. Oil and water don't "mix", and oil floats on top of water (water/coolant sinks to the bottom). So if nothing but pure oil comes out of the pan, you're ok there.
