Good loping mild cam for lt1?

Sorry for all the questions lol.. Well, I want to keep my stock tranny for a while lol . So what a good sounding low-mid horsepower cam. I love the loping . But still want it to be my dd. Lt4 hot cam?

mine is choppy and will work with stock trany and converter. the 112 lsa has alot to do with it.

So I can run that on my stock tranny and converter.? I only have intake, and a cut out.
