gauge cluster question

Out of curiosity does anyone know of anyone swapping in a C5/C6 cluster into their 4th gens?

Doesn't look like it would be a straight plug and play, and besides it doesn't look like it would fit. I doubt anyone would take that amount of time just for some gauges.
