newbie to the lt1
alright ima 3rd gen guy but im working on building a lt1 for my 89 camaro and keeping it all multi port
my question is at the momment on the cams im looking at. does and hyd roller cam work with these bottom ends? or does it have to be a lt1- lt4 cam?
because i have a brand new comp roller cam i was going to use for my old roller 350.. but decided that it wasnt worth it?

the forth gen lt1 cams are roller cams. it depends on what opti u will be using. the drive gear on the 93-94s is different than the 95-97 and the cam has got to have the right end on it to mate with the opti so, if using the opti, yes u will need a cam specific to your lt1 motor.
