Turn on your A/C, that will run your radiator fans automatically and keep the engine cooler.
If you don't want the compressor to engage (to reduce drag and engine heat), unplug it.

Turning the heater on bleeds even better I've found, Is it a butt dyno kind of thing or does it really?

You'd have to play with both and watch the temp gauge.
Nothing more fun than driving in 90 degree weather with the heat on! lol

lol. Smart ars. Who says "normal" is normal anyhoo? And I can tell you this, I have absolutely NO boxed-in under hood engine heat!
H2C, if you're not as concerned about looks as you are about function. you could shim up the rear of the hood so that air passes through from front to back to help evacuate under hood heat. This is something that some muscle car guys have done since the sixties (maybe before that even). You'll take in rain when the car is sitting, so that could be a concern. Of course, you could go with the "ultimate cool" look and toss the hood altogether!!

Holy Crap, you've got your own sauna on wheels there. On the bright side, some people pay good money at a health club for that. I imagine you must be pretty soggy by the time you get to work!
