I would agree based on percentages random hard to starts in any GM product that the fuel pump is a likely problem but you said you heard the pump while the car would not start. While it is still possible the issue is the pump you are no longer in the positive percentage area. In fact I would say a defective fuel pump causing random no starts while making a running sound would fall in the Very rare category.

I think you’re going to need to test the car while it is not starting.

Yeah I def am going to need to test the fuel pressure. Also the pump you can hear but it's very silent. I've tested the spark plugs and I have spark on all of them.

No, spark was when the car wasn't shutting off this morning. However it finally wouldn't crank back on for the first time
Today. I drove it to McDonald's, went inside got food came back out and it would not start. So I did what a guy who had lt1s before told me to do. I turned the key on, just enough to hear the fuel pump a little, then I would turn it off, I repeated this 3 times. The 4th time I went to crank it all the way and it started up. The guy said it helps get the fuel built back up. So I'm thinking its most likely fuel pump related. What do y'all think?
