Default Foglights Blowin My Fuse!!

Hello everybody! First time post so ill do my best.... I gotta 1997 camaro ss. When ever i turn on my foglights, the fuse blows about 2 minutes later. The foglights are factory and i know they are tied in with the tail lights and running lights and stuff. The fuse only pops when the foglights are turned on. There is a crack in the passenger side foglight. Could that cause the fuse to blow? Is it a short? Any help is appreciated.
Thanx!!

if its blowing a fuse then u most likely have a short somewhere. could very well be in the socket if its all corroded.

Try unplugging both fog lights electrical connection and turn the switch for the fog lights on, if the fuse does not blow, then connect one fog light and then the other to see which is causing the fuse to blow or if the fuse blows with both fog lights unplugged, at least you get an idea of where the short is.
