Default Firebird steering column in a Camaro

I have a really ugly chrome wheel in my 1995 LT1. I could just buy a new wheel, but I was offered a whole column from a 1996 Formula. This would also save me having to disassemble mine to fix my high beams. The airbags have been deployed on the Formula (and I want it to say Camaro anyway), and the wheel has buttons for the radio on it. Would I have any problems fitting a Camaro airbag (like this one http://cgi.ebay.ca/93-94-95-96-97-98...item439de9add9) in the Firebird wheel? Thanks!

i dont think it will fit. dont know but notice how it doesnt say firebird. almost all the time ull see multiple applications on the description if they work. better do some more research, im sure the switch can be done, the question is whats the cost and what else has to be changed with it. dont know the answer to that. lol. hopefully someone in the know will respond.
