If not, you need to get that thing tuned
If so, does it always take that long to start? If yes, you still have problems
i am unsure as previous owner lied/is a lier so idk what he did. he said he got an ecm tune whatever that means. and yeah when i dont let hit the gas pedal and then start it. the car takes about 4sec to start. sometimes it starts within 2seconds when i fill it up at the gas tank. idk i thought it was a normal fbody thing.

only when Mr Optispark was going does the Z take more than 2 seconds to start and it's always been that way
in the video it sounded like (maybe it's just the quality) the engine tried to catch and then finally did.
If that's the case, even with technology from the 90's, that's just wrong.
Now, if sensors are gone, fuel trims hard coded, aftermarket cam, then ok, that would be the expected behavior if it was tuned and set up for crappy low end
I don't think that's where you are as you have the sensors and it sounds stock
When I ran my "old school" Mopar it wouldn't start easily at all but it ran great on the track. I had to ride the foot brake to keep it from stalling because it would not idle worth a lick
That's why I love all the new technology including variable cam timing; anyway, I digress.
sounds like a stock cam to me
