thank you craby but i am talking about the intake elbow and the maf. i do appreciate everything you have done for me in this mess of a thread. i need the intake that connects from the throttle bottle and he stole my maf too =/. i hate people who steal i have busted my *** trying to get this car back together only for my very own mechanic to have stole from me

 

was it the old rubber one,,, you can get a aluminum elbow for it. much better to work with. did you have a look around under the hood and see if it may have fallen? pretty obvious if he did.

 

i know 100% it was him me and him had a falling out and he took that in revenge. i found out, now that i have the car back down on the ground and clean is he took 1 of my exhaust elbows as well. it was the k&N intake which i am pissed about and the maf sensor which is pretty expensive as well.

 

thats theft, im not sure how i would react.

 

Yes the police are useless as well they said there is no evidence but clearly it points to him because we had an disagreement and then the next day i wake up and my parts are gone? i know its not the neighbors i mean my car has been unlocked for 2 months and it just so happens when i lose my mechanic i lose some of my parts as well? im ****ing pissed. now im out about 200 bucks + because some ******* stole my parts man im pissed off.

 

from the sounds of it you may of come out of it easy, may have been worse if he worked more on it.

yes I found don't leave any parts laying around ,you want to keep ,I had left my magnaflow tips 22x4 inch the big ones not less the 135.00 a set ,an one guy was supposed get them ,then I hear the mech gave them to another guy ,not sure what the price was ,but if he did not get half $70.00 for them an a few other things ,I see it like this he owes me an inspection an s spare on my winter car ,that will make it even .but I found don't leave parts laying around that I want to keep ,couse I did find a 12X4 magnaflow tip will be a good fit on the car now ,an those 2 used ones ,would pay for a set of new ones ,I had gave him my block my lt1 block,with some the more you give ,make them think they can take not

 

well im going over to his house and taking it back whether he likes it or not. a question on the 02 sensors. why do i need to change them out after a week of driving on my new headers? ceramic coating? how do i know if i have a ceramic coating?
