can anyone explain this, maybe tell me where it is, what is the pintle?

also, a day after i got the code, i had it checked, than the next time i turned on
my car the SES light was off.

Try removing the EGR and clean it out including the gas passages. The pintle is the part that moves (something like a stopper) and opens and closes the passage between the exhaust and intake.

 

yeah to start just remove the egr and clean it out good like pete said but if that doesnt work its probably the actuator part of the pintle and youll have to replace the egr valve.
