Your confusing me a Lil. You dnt have a belt driven fan, but a electric right? What have you changed? Have you replaced the stat yet.

Lol I'm sorry no I have an electric fan.. Idk y i said fan clutch.. I'm used to the older cars.. Haha I'm going to replace the stat tomorrow to see if that will help turn off my fan and my mileage problem

The problem started after a flush, right? You sure the system is bled properly?

OK if you have electric fans you should have one always running and the other will kick in only when needed.

For your car overheating things to check are:

T-stat
Head gaskets.
Water pump
air in the system (needs purging)
clogged rad
