A neighbor of ours burned down their garage along with the car, by heating the engine with a lit light bulb....covered with a blanket to keep it extra warm. Duh!!!!
Use LED's, they're safer. Unfortunately, they put out practically no heat.

-1 Here today and the 96 fired right up, She wasent happy about it, it turned a little slower then normal but started in a second or two.

Loosing power at 1AM sucked, Luckly it was only out 1-1/2 hours.

Wind Chill has no effect on metal once it has cooled down. If it -1 out it does not matter to metal if wind is blowing or not it will be -1. Wind chill just measures the rate at which heat is removed from a mass once it mass reachs the -1 the wind does not make it colder.

This winter blast has people going crazy. I was at Oreilly's Sunday talking to some guys (went for some 194 bulbs). So in 20 minutes 10 people came in looking for anti-freeze testers. and at least 4 called. A friend said it had been that way all day.

Seems suddenly everyone is concerned. Of course I saw 3 pickups spitting coolant on the side of the road this morning.
